Description of a course
mobility

  • Unlike all other fitness classes, this one does not include a warm-up. And for good reason. By engaging the body cold, we directly aim for mobility by avoiding interference with the muscles, which are likely to cause stiffness to movements.
  • Under the instructions of the coach, practitioners perform series of bodyweight exercises. All joints are stimulated, in all directions and all positions.
  • Sitting, standing, lying down… the paths are made without compensation but autonomously between the parts of the body. Objective, challenger to strengthen each area.
  • Over the weeks, progress is felt while body awareness sharpens.

Seniors, bodybuilding practitioners, young mothers… this course is for everyone!

What outfit to bring?

The right outfit is simply comfortable clothing that allows movement. It is possible to practice barefoot or not.
